Exploring your experiences, moment to moment with warmth and compassion.
Let's discover your path towards change, together.
At Liminal State Counselling, we believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. We lead with evidence-based therapies with a trauma-informed and attachment-based lens. We work to incorporate the latest neuroscience and attachment-based science to build working relationships where the groundwork for healing and change are established. Our approach is collaborative, empathetic, and customized to meet the unique needs of each individual, couple, or family.
